It’s a common issue because I’ve read many stories about this online when I looked into it and I personally know of two other people who encountered this problem. The first thing the service members said was “you’re warranty is up”. He wasn’t interested in looking at it or helping. Everything is “covered” and “all great” when you’re buying a vehicle from them, but when it comes time to fix something or there’s an issue, it’s never their problem and they’re never willing to work with you until you have to get mean and demanding. They like to take advantage of people. I hate dealing with them. More

Obeying Manual Instructions I came n 2 get an oil change I asked for 10W30 oil which is n my manual and printed on my oil cap. The service advisor Mr. J R Teslow came out 2 tell me that they didn't have any 10W30 bcause many vehicles do not use that brand any more that they have 2 go out and get some it will only take a few more minutes, I told him NP. I really do appreciate that bcause I know 4 a fact that 10W30 work's best 4 my vehicle. next time I'll bring the oil with me! More

About 1:30, Paul called to tell me my truck was ready and the shuttle was returning to pick me up. I was pleasantly surprised at the short turnaround and great customer service. That's why I am a repeat customer! More

Not good This was the first time I've brought a vehicle her for service. I have a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee that is covered under the Jeep Wave program. I had seen your ads in the paper about the express lane and that drive-ups are welcome. So that's what I did - I just drove up. I was told the that to do both jobs it would take a little over an hour. I didn't have that time available so I said to just do the oil change that day. An hour after I walked away from the car I went to the cashier to ask if she could find out why it was taking so long. I don't remember what her response was but I walked up to the showroom and saw my Jeep outside the door and the service rep walking toward me. I asked him why it took so long for just an oil change and he said it was because I didn't have an appointment. What?? Then take "drive-ups welcome" off of your express service ads. More
Great Service Desk Staff but Poor Service Time Management I recently had a 7 am appointment for my jeep's first oil change and was the second car there. So nobody really ahead of me. The women (Kelly) who came out to help me was great and very helpful. The problem I have is that a simple oil change took 2 HOURS! I did not leave the dealership until 9 am. That is just unacceptable and this is not the first time this has happened. It's just so discouraging to have to take my jeep in for service because it takes so long and I value my time. Again the women that helped me when I came in was great and handle the situation as best as possible but she knew how long I was there and that I had to be at work that morning. I can go to a Jiffy Lube and be done in 10 minutes, so I don't know why it takes at least an hour every time I come in for an oil change. I'd even be more than happy with a 30 - 40 minute wait. That's what you have the "Express Service" for correct? I don't want to be overly negative and I have bought 4 cars from Thomas Dodge but something needs to be be done about the time it takes for simple car service like oil changes. More

Super Quick First off, I procrastinated getting my oil changed and tires rotated. Thomas Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram was able to squeeze me in same day. I was told it would take about an hour, it took 34 mins, I was thrilled! The waiting room was clean. There was popcorn and free wifi. I will definitely be bringing my Jeep back for all of its service needs. Employees were friendly and professional. More
