conflicting appointment info On March 20th, I called in the morning to see if there was appointment availablitity for an oil change. The woman looked up my account, and said one w On March 20th, I called in the morning to see if there was appointment availablitity for an oil change. The woman looked up my account, and said one was not needed. My husband goes there, about an hour later with a 2 year old, to be told he DOES in fact need an appointment. We made one for the 22nd and had no issues with our service. Like everyone else we have a life, we both work, we have 4 kids, it’s already a pain to carve out time to do this maintenance and it makes it more dreadful when you don’t know what to plan. Please improve your communication. I’m am not sure who I spoke to or who completed the service. More

rescued on a trip home to Ohio from Mn We were 2/3 of our way home from Mn. when smoke started coming from the right front fender. My wife's phone told us of your dealership7 miles away. I was able to nurse the truck in at 5:30 last Thursday. Brian was very happy to help in spite of the late hour and said he would somehow get us on the road if he could the next day. He got us a car so we could get to our hotel for the night. We were on our way by 2:00 Friday with truck doing great. You guys are a tribute to you trade and deserve special thanks. from us..
