I called to see if i can go to another Chrysler dealer to have my 2 vehicles serviced at the same time and they assured me i could go there and no waiting and if i wanted my free oil change & car wash i had have my 2 vehicles serviced at the same time and they assured me i could go there and no waiting and if i wanted my free oil change & car wash i had to go there. I left my work early and called my daughter off school to take both vehicles there and i had a 1 1/2 hr wait and i did not get my vehicle washed when i asked about the wash they poured water on it and sent me my way. I live in Portage and drove across town to have this service done. I have purchased all of my vehicles from Thomas Dodge and have had no problems like i did yesterday. I was not only inconvenienced but had to loose a half days pay. Service man Alex ? was very nice and tried hard to get me on my way. I came to work this morning expressing my feelings to my co-workers. My husnand is due for his oil change as well and if it wasn't the fact that we had to go there i definately would choose another place closer. Word of mouth is what brings a customer back with good service,. However i am sorry to say i DEFINATELY did not get that yesterday. Thank You More

This dealership has very good prices for 2013 Jeeps and we did shop around. The sales consultant that we worked with was very friendly, honest, and patient. I went to Thomas to purchase a new business vechicle. Upon arriving, we were immediately greeted by Kendall who proceeded to assist us in the purchase. We browsed the inventory of new Dodge Caravans onl Upon arriving, we were immediately greeted by Kendall who proceeded to assist us in the purchase. We browsed the inventory of new Dodge Caravans online and choose one. We then took a test drive and decided to purchase the vechicle. We were also trading in a vechicle, so my husband went out with Tony with that vechicle. Tony was very accomodating and worked with us to find common ground on our trade and also was able to find an additional incentive since we were trading in a competitors car. At that point, it did take a VERY LONG time of sitting around and waiting to get the final paperwork and financing together. This was something that I think could of been done in a more organized and streamlined manner. At the very least, it would of been nice to have more updates and information on what exactly we were waiting for and an estimate of the time it would take. After the paperwork was finished, it took about another 30 minutes for them to get the plates off the old car, the dealer plates on the new van and to find the extra set of keys. It appeared that the salesman and others involved were not probably trained and did not have access to the proper tools to perform these tasks and something that should of been routine took much too long. Overall, the experience was good, and I would recommend the dealership to others. I think many of the issues we did have were probably due to lack of experience and training since many of the associates were very new to the position and due to the fact that we were there on a Saturday which is probably a very busy day.
