We came in to Thomas Dodge just to look around. We weren't sure of what exactly we wanted. Brian Tom sat down with us and went over all of our options and helped us to build the perfect car. He got us everything we wanted (and more) at the price we wanted. We ended up ordering a car from the factory and that takes time, but while we are waiting, we have been in contact with Brian. As he gets updates, he is keeping us informed as well. The whole staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. The no haggle pricing beat other retailers that we looked at as well. Tony Turco was another person we had the pleasure of dealing with. He was very nice. We came in a few days after ordering the car to show my child a similar car to what we had ordered. He and Brian both remembered us and made it a point to say hello. They even gave a balloon to the little one, and then Tony took a few extra minutes to answer some questions we had. We had a great experience with everyone there. They really go the extra mile. We couldn't be more pleased with the service and attention we got, and have recommended them to others that we know who are looking for new vehicles. The very first time I came to Thomas for a problem I was having with my sound system (the speaker on the right side or a component thereof was making popping noises), the gentleman who assisted me at the ti having with my sound system (the speaker on the right side or a component thereof was making popping noises), the gentleman who assisted me at the time was very polite, but the person who did the diagnosis was rude and sarcastic in his comments relative to the issue I was experiencing (the gentleman showed me the comments.) I am still experiencing the problem, but I have decided to take the vehicle to a stereo place in order to find out what is really going on. For that reason, I had not returned to Thomas for service. But, Tim was a total contradiction - he was so nice to me! He told me what was wrong with my vehicle, and made me feel very comfortable and appreciated. Because of him, I have totally changed my opinion of Thomas' service department, and will be back for service going forward. You guys owe Tim big - he is awesome! More

I went with my parents to Thomas Dodge where they where buying a new mini van I started talking to Abe. and he told me about how the salesmen where no longer on commission so I dont have to do that hagglin buying a new mini van I started talking to Abe. and he told me about how the salesmen where no longer on commission so I dont have to do that haggling anymore (every dealer should do that) and he also pointed out how all prices were clearly posted on the vehicle with all the rebates and discounts man I was really impressed with that. So while Abe was busy with my parents I took a stroll out in the lot to look at trucks a xxxx sitting right in the middle row there she was my truck with the price and all the rebates posted clearly and may i add at a very very good price came back the next day took it for a ride and bought it. then was directed to Tim Kroll for final paperwork what a pleasure talking to Tim,he explaned every detail from oil changes to financing looked over payment options ect. will definitely be buying my next truck from Thomas Dodge More

I went into several dealers looking for pricing on a new car and was determinded not to buy the first one that I looked at. Several thing were important ,pricing of course in stock, options that I wanted, c car and was determinded not to buy the first one that I looked at. Not to push this weeks special out the door. I went to 5 different dealers, not all Dodge. Not one of them had what I wanted or were willing to take the the time to show me an option. Here's what it is or else. Not good enought I said. Thank goodness I wasn't going to take their so called deal. I wanted what I wanted. Then I went to Thomas Dodge in Highland. I was just a few blocks away at another dealership. I met Shannon and starting telling her what I wanted, she listened and said let me see what I can find. About 10 minutes later she pulled a new Dodge Jouney up to the front door. I looked at all the options and it had more than I expected , but did include the ones that I wanted. And get this it was less money than any other dealer that I had been at before. She was very knowledgeable on the vehical, had all the answers to my questions. Took the Journey for a test drive.
