I bought this car at the Kia dealership that is affiliated with Thomas Dodge but they send me to dodge to have all my maintenance work done. The service guys are real nice but i honestly think they need to actually hire technicians that are qualified to work on vehicles. I have had my car in there 4 different times for my front suspension and not only do they not fix the problem but something else ends up breaking after i get the car back.For instance, I had my car in there for the sway bar and a rack and pinion seal and when the technician put my car back together he screwed up my drive shaft somehow and tried giving me the car back broken. That idiot didnt take it for a test drive to see if the original problem was corrected or else he would have seen that the car wasnt fixed. I could have been hurt if i didnt notice that something was wrong. The last time i took my car in there they kept it for a month straight and had to rebuild the whole rear differential, fix the sway bar for the 5th time now and fix a power steering leak. they first tried making me pay for a rental car for that whole month cause one of my parts was on "national backorder" or so they say, and then when i went in there to complain about this, there service manager acted like i was demanding too much and made it seem like it was my fault i was there in the first place and then when he gave me a rental, he expected me to say thank you to him. He pushed me to come up there and complain since they were treating me so unfairly. That place is a joke for a dealership and my salesman looked at me as only a dollar sign and not an actually person that needed a quality car. Thanks to their ignorance and stupidity, i am trading the car in and taking my business somewhere else just to cut ties with them. I would never go back to that dealership if it was my last resort. I would rather walk everywhere then buy another vehicle from them and deal with their technicians again. More
I just wanted to say that I had the best experience at Thomas Dodge in Highland Indiana. From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed by the salesmen there to help me. It was a great surprise to leave there with a new car and under the price I wanted to spend. I have never had a better experience at a dealership. On Monday afternoon I went in for an oil change. As they were checking in my car they explained my car was ready for a tune up, I have the "life time warranty" so I ageed to have the work performed and had were checking in my car they explained my car was ready for a tune up, I have the "life time warranty" so I ageed to have the work performed and had been having trouble on an occasion starting my car. I also needed to have my tires rotated and new wiper blades. On a previous visit the guys told me I needed new blades and didn't get them - what a dope I was. I figured I was going to be there a long time. It wasn't bad, maybe 90 minutes. I knew the car had been babied; tire rotation, oil change, blades, tune-up and they even washed my car! I love my car and they really do a great job! More
The salesman was very sneaky. We were completely mislead and then when we confronted Rodrego, the salesman, he made it into our fault that he didn not do his job!! First off my car was being serviced at the dealership it was towed their I only received one called stating that they got my car 3 days went by no one called to tell me anything I had to go up their to find was towed their I only received one called stating that they got my car 3 days went by no one called to tell me anything I had to go up their to find out what was wrong with my car, so in that process I start looking for another car I was willing to trade in so in the process of that the deal went through but I got a 2012 charger I was unable to retrieve my belongings and or other items I was told to come back the next day no one was their in service to help me ok the next day the same thing occurred so now I have to wait until Monday so I did when I arrived the salesman told me that the car was locked up and that only one person had a key so now I'm upset I'm requesting a manager and my car back so the manager appeared which was darrell Davis I was sitting asking about my things while he steps up in my face getting loud stating theirs nothing he can do but I have to waite oh really its been three days now and you telling me I can't have my belongings I will never do BUSSINES their ever!!!!! agin I'm very unsatisfied with the service its really sad that I had to threaten darrell Davis with bringing the car back for him to understand that I wanted my things. So now its been 3 weeks and now they haven't paid off the old car loan so now the old car loan people are sending me notices about a payment so now I look bad!!!!!!! I wouldn't recommend no one ever poor service all the way around!!!!! More

Took my truck in to have the front right tierod replaced, which took almost 2 weeks. When i pick up my truck it is still making grinding and clicking noises. So i give the truck right back, and now supposi which took almost 2 weeks. When i pick up my truck it is still making grinding and clicking noises. So i give the truck right back, and now supposivly the 4wheel drive junction ox and u joints r bad. Pick the truck up 10 days later and it's still not fixed right. So i give the truck back again, and i go pick the truck up for the 3rd time and 40 days later and make it about 2 miles down the road and more grinding noises. By the time i get back to the Dealership the front right tire is about to fall off the truck. So i have no faith in this dealerships ability to repair their vehicles. I will never take my truck here again. More
It took 3 hours just to get a price out of the sales guy, followed by one hour of his pressure sales pitch. The vehicle he sold us was priced above the Kelly Blue Book value. Brought in my 2003 Jeep Liberty for service and was very impressed with the setup of the service department. Was taken care of promptly and when I was called with an estimate for repair the problem was clea impressed with the setup of the service department. They also reccommended some maintanance that I needed done without me asking for them to check. I have used independant shops in the past and I can easily see why the dealer is the way to go. After some research I found out about how the mechanics have to go to factory training every year and are factory certified to work on their brand of cars. Anyway, my Jeep got fixed and has been great ever since. More
