About a year ago I had an unpleasant experience with this Dealership. However, this visit was much better. The shuttle drivers are always nice & helpful. And, Paul, my service advisor communicated regularly with me re: the status of my vehicle & the work that was needed. They even washed my van (which was unexpected, but greatly appreciated). My only concern was the lack of available loaner/rental vehicles. More

I found my Tahoe from them on Cars. com. They contacted me soon after my inquiry and began to work with me. I bought an "as is" vehicle at a very fair price knowing it came with issues a com. They contacted me soon after my inquiry and began to work with me. I bought an "as is" vehicle at a very fair price knowing it came with issues as most used vehicles do. After a 3 hour snowy 170 mile drive home I took it to work at Bridgestone and gave it a rundown. After inspection only minor repairs were needed. I'm more than satisfied with the help Neville provided in getting me on the road for the amount I offered and could afford. All in all the worst part of the experience was the 6 hours of driving.
