Poor Quality of Service I mostly took my Jeep in to the dealership just for oil changes. Lost a great amount of confidence in the type of quality service this place provides I mostly took my Jeep in to the dealership just for oil changes. Lost a great amount of confidence in the type of quality service this place provides after recently bringing my 2015 Jeep Wrangler in for a simple oil change and ended up waiting longer then expected after being notified that my tire needed to be replaced as the mechanic accidentally flattened it when bring it onto the lift. Tire was replaced, no charge to me. Yes this is minor, but this is also the 2nd time i have posted a bad review for this dealership. Ill point out why i wouldnt recommend this dealership for service. -Seems to be a burden when I had issues that resulted from Auto Accident: 1. I had to continuously bring my jeep in after repairs from a rear end (Auto Accident) for body paint issues and a noises in the axle. Took 3 visits for body shop to correct paint scrapes on the rear door and tub. 2. Also had a noise coming from the transfer case that took 2 visits to remediate. A noise that was clearly audible, even to my friend who is half deaf. 3. Tire Pressure sensor constantly going off (Not fixed) This sensor never went off prior to the 3.5 years i owned the jeep with after market tires. Only until the accident, is when the alert began. 4. Scraping noise in front axle on Left turns (Not fixed) I just never get the feeling that I am getting great service here, and my previous appointment proved it to be true. Will have to locate another Jeep Dealership for any maintenance or repairs in the future. More
