You suck! I made an appointment wed thru your call center BECUZ your website was not working. I tried 3 different devices so i know it was not my side. BRIAN at your call center gave me a 3:40 or 3:45 appt. because i said i needed a late appt as i was taking my mom to doctor. Mind you i got there at 3:40 and no later. The 2 boys in the garage say do you have an appt? I say yes. Go to talk to BRIAN in office. NO YOU DO NOT HAVE AN APPT. DID NOT ASK ME MY NAME. Only to say we close at 4. I say do you think thAt i just made this up? Your call center made the appt. THE MAN DIDNT OFFER ANY EMPATHY OR APOLOGIES. Took me an hour in traffic to get there from Whiting. I bot my jeep from you people in 2012. Paid cash. I was bringing it for oil changes because i had the powertrain warranty.
