As I walked out to get my vehicle, it was nowhere to be found. I later found it in the back of the building after searching for it in the rain and cold for 10 minutes. She made sure I was checked very quickly and made friendly conversation in between questions. My next appointment will be with her! The service center has always been good to us, except this last time I was asked if I wanted my car washed, I said yes, but what I got was a quick spray of water on my front windshield and driver side door. It so nicely left water spots all over. Next time I’ll decline the wash. More
