I have seen her deal with other issues and alwAys holds her composure and professionalism in instances where other associates might have lost it. She explained the prices to me accurately ahead of time, and knew them off the top of her head, and she apologized for the constant issue I’ve had of attempting to schedule online 4 times now with no success while taking in my vehicle without hesitation. Have had quite a few bad experiences with your dealership but with Kelly’s assistance and great positive attitude they leave me feeling better each time. she is a prime example of what a CUSTOMER SERVICE rep should be, something which is very hard to find in today’s society. I recently had my first experience with Brian for the and he also understood my frustration and was willing to help immediately. These two reps are keeping the place together while you are trying to improve the service department which I have had multiple issues with in the past, along with a few other friends and associates that I know. I hope they are much appreciated by management. More

Very poor service I have brought my Jeep into the service department for repairs after i was rear ended back in Jan 2018. I have come back 3 times already for issue I have brought my Jeep into the service department for repairs after i was rear ended back in Jan 2018. I have come back 3 times already for issues that are present now, that werent present before the accident. -Tire Pressure Sensor blinking -Paint scrapes where work was done on rear door and left side passenger fender. -Still hearing a noise in the transfer case -I am now hearing a noise in the rear axle when making a left hand turn -Hearing a clicking in the rear while breaking I recently picked up my Jeep on Nov 27th. to address the above issues. Result is below. -Tire Pressure Sensor is still blinking from time to time -Paint scrapes near rear driver side fender still present -Still hearing a noise in the transfer case (I have a video and the noise can clearly be heard) -hearing a noise in the rear axle when making a left hand turn. Was told that this was my Wheel Wall? How all of a sudden would that noise come about? I drive this vehicle everyday! I know when a noise was present or not. -Hearing a clicking in the rear while breaking (Fixed) This was the only issue fixed. But this is an interesting situation because, my brakes were changed back around 37K miles, how did my brakes wear so quickly? I am only at 40K currently. More
