This dealer screwed up my oil changed 3 times. The 1st time they never even changed my oil the 2nd time they overfilled my oil by double the 3rd time they added the wrong oil. They have no idea what they' time they never even changed my oil the 2nd time they overfilled my oil by double the 3rd time they added the wrong oil. They have no idea what they're doing and possibly damaged my vehicle. The only person that helped me was my service adviser Christina. She is the only competent person there. More

My experience at this dealership's service department was absolutely horrible. I took my car in, by appointment, to diagnose a problem. They had my car for 5 days, only to tell me what they think the problem absolutely horrible. I took my car in, by appointment, to diagnose a problem. They had my car for 5 days, only to tell me what they think the problem was, that it would cost thousands, and that the repair would not be covered by the Lifetime Warranty that's supposed to cover the cars engine and powertrain. The car sounded worse when I picked it up than it did when I took it in!! More
