I went to check on my headlights. They change the heads light and they came back to me and said that it was not turning on. They check to see why it did not turned on. He came back to me and said that I wo light and they came back to me and said that it was not turning on. They check to see why it did not turned on. He came back to me and said that I would need to change the whole assembly on the headlights. I check to see why they were not working so I check the fuse and the fuse did not look right. I change the fuse and the headlights are working just fine. What I do not understand is why didn’t the mechanic check to see if it was the fuse. So I w as charge $560 for headlights that was working. I believe you are charging the customer for repairs that dose not need to be repaired. What would make it right is that you refund the money back to me. My name is Hector Garcia. As for now I will not take my car their to be repaired and I will take my business at another dealership. I would not recommend any one to get their car service there. More
The service advisor didn't tell me how much it would cost to fix my car until after it was done. I can't trust someone who forces service without my consent. That was rude and inconsiderate to me and the sales person that I was talking to. I don't go to places that make me feel uncomfortable. The service advisor also tried to get me service that I didn't need. The sales person made me feel welcomed while the service advisor made me feel like she thought that I was a moron.
