Very thorough with the financing, extended warranty and the extra warranty for the inside and out. We arrived 45 mintues before closing. He never rushed us or seemed bothered that he had to stay an hour and half after closing to get me in my car. This is my first Subaru purchase and I love it! The Crosstrek has all that I want and more! Will definitely purchase from Thomas Subaru in the future if needed. Michael Mace was wonderful to deal with also. Extremely Satisfying Experience We started our car search by itemizing & prioritizing features that are important to us. Our search was narrowed to four makes of vehicles. SUV's and sedans in each of the categories were selected. Upon arriving at Thomas, we were INSTANTLY greeted and assisted. There was no pressure to make a hurried decision. Patrick, our sales rep. showed us numerous options and even accompanied us on the test drives. He understood and respected our time constraints during our initial visit. We test drove a car at another dealer; but were not at all pleased with the customer service we received. Patrick was kind enough to call us and discuss our needs further. He alerted us to another model that was available. We returned to Thomas the next business day, test drove the vehicle Patrick recommended and drove it home that same day! The salesroom staff were happy to provide us with some elder care while we took the car on a test drive. We especially appreciated knowing the cost of the vehicle up front! More
