Happy with my new car I have been a loyal Toyota owner for at least 16 years, so even looking at a Subaru was a difficult decision for me, especially since this is the firs I have been a loyal Toyota owner for at least 16 years, so even looking at a Subaru was a difficult decision for me, especially since this is the first time I have had to buy a car alone. I liked the fact that I was not supposed to bargain for a better price. I felt I was given a fair price for the car and trade-in allowance. James was such a help to me. He listened to me patiently and really understood (and remembered) what I needed and wanted. He knew I was also considering a Toyota, but he never put on any pressure. He let the features of the Outback sell me. I am convinced I made the right decision, and James helped make the entire process a positive experience. More

She knew the features present in the vehicles driven, and knew where to get the answers to questions that she didn't have the data at hand. The was courteous, and tried her best to put me at my ease, and to make me comfortable with my decision (and she succeeded). She knew details about the registration process and the steps necessary to produce a smooth transition from the old vehicle to the new one. What items that were not immediately available she promised to obtain, and appears to be doing so. She introduced me to the service manager at the dealership so that I would have a point of contact for if or when my vehicle needed service. All in all a very productive and pleasant experience. After finding out that they didn't have any used Foresters on the lot, Patrick took it upon himself to try and locate one that met our specifications on their Bedford lot. He was able to find out and got to work right away to get it to the Cumberland location. He even stayed past closing time to close the deal. I have purchased 2 Forresters previously both purchased from Thomas Subaru but was rather intriged by the Crosstrek . After a test drive I really enjoyed driving it, it handles well, drives nice, has all the room I need and has a good ride. Jonathan was professional and guided me through the buying experience. Thomas is a no haggle dealership and it all went very smoothly. I would recommend Thomas Subaru to anyone who wants a pleasant buying experience.
