Elizabeth, we did not do the oil change on your car, you had it done at private shop. You towed the car to our shop with no oil in the car and the oil filter barely hanging on. The motor was knocking because whoever did your oil change didn't tighten it properly. I'm sorry if your mad that KIA won't replace your motor under warranty. I'm going to try and call you, you may want to contact the place that actually did the work they should have insurance for mistakes like this or call your own insurance company. If we had a way to help we would please feel free to reach out if you need any documentation. Again I'm very sorry for what your going through.

You claimed my engine/motor was blown and needed a new one, when that is not the case if you actually looked into the car further than just looking at the oil filter, you would have clearly seen that there is nothing wrong with my engine or motor. I had my car towed from you guys to a certified mechanic shop and they have cleared everything that you have claimed is wrong with my car. So why am I being quoted about 10k for a new engine form you? Somethings not adding up here. I’ve been driving my car with no issues since Monday and no noises that you keep speaking of that I’ve never heard my car make before. I just drove it to Michigan city and back on the highway and clearly nothing is wrong. So tell me were you trying to scam me or did your employees just not do their jobs? I look forward to that call from you. Also I wasn’t planning on leaving a review on this terrible experience with you guys, but since leaving you guys I have gotten nothing but harassed by phone calls and texts to review your dealership, so there is my review.
