I went in for an oil change on 1/6/24 and received very poor service. My appointment was at 10am although I didn’t leave until 11:45am meaning I was almost there 2 hours. Although my service Rep told me it poor service. My appointment was at 10am although I didn’t leave until 11:45am meaning I was almost there 2 hours. Although my service Rep told me it would be an hour at most. Additionally he never came and updated me on the status of my car . I had to go searching for answers myself . I’ve been to this dealership many times and never had this experience. I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied. I hope my next visit is better . More
