"Communication gap between the front desk and the technician"

Technician not well explained the problem from the front desk. Bad backup camera was requested to return but was told the tech tossed it off

We were 'car shopping' on Saturday, with the intent to visit a few dealerships. Upon entering this dealership, we were greeted by several very pleasant personnel. Itxel approached us very quickly, sat us down and was extremely pleasant. She asked us very pertinent questions about what we were looking for. During our time there, we drove a couple of vehicles, one of which they, very willingly, removed from the showroom, for us to test drive!! Without looking at any other dealerships, we purchased a Niro KIA!!!!! The finance individual, Billy, was awesome also. He answered our questions and completed the process quickly. I would highly recommend Thomas KIA to anyone looking for a new vehicle. These two individuals were fantastic....you might ask for them!!!!
