Top Notch Service I am a long time KIA owner, purchasing my first KIA Optima in 2003 and a couple new ones since from Thomas KIA. I generally go to the dealership with any service needs and this time I was experiencing some difficulty with my AC. Keeping a long story short, my time is very limited due to my long commute and work hours. Neddie Burkes has gone above and beyond what I would consider just accommodating my needs. Providing me personalized service in person or over the phone, he is quick to explain any issues I may have and cover the resolution and costs with me. He has made me feel that I am getting special treatment when he handles me/my auto needs with courtesy, friendliness and respect. If I do once again buy yet another Optima, I would buy from this dealership because of Neddie. I would love the opportunity to speak to the GM and express my gratitude for all Neddie has done for me. --BK More

MR BURKES has a process whereby he requests meeting all new customers and then makes himself accessible and provides 1:1larifications as needed. I have never encountered this! He was personable, approachable, patient, combined with being detailed,, keenly methodical, and knowledgeable. His oversight and supervision facilitated problem resolution for me. His coordination with service advisors provides for team cohesiveness, efficiency, and a quality service experience which inspires customer confidence. I feel that I have found a service venue of a lifetime, and regret not learning of Thomas Kia and Neddie and the the service dpt.sooner. Because of this, I wilkl recommend Thomas Kia, the Thomas company, and SERVICE AS WELL AS SALES. More

KIMpOSSIBLE! I initially encountered Kim DeGoey via phone after making my initial service appointment for 11/29/17. Soon thereafter I met her as she processed the intake of my SUV for service and documented the issues and concerns. I found her to be professional, organized, full of expertise, accommodating and friendly. She coordinates followup with attention to the fact that customer's time is valuable, whether waiting or drop off and provides access to Neddie continually as needed for more detailed communication of needs and technical issues. This trip for service was the best service visit of my life.. with Kim also being hospitable to provide access to fresh delicious crunchy popcorn, magazines, snacks, water, etc.. Coupled with Neddie hands-on in the back and Kim up front... CAN AUTO SERVICE GET ANY BETTER???!!!! I AM VERY APPRECIATIVE of the service department, and it facilitates my inclination to ALSO RECOMMEND THOMAS KIA for new/used car SALES TO MY FRIENDS, FAMILY, AND COLLEAGUES. Awesome I have owned my original Soul for only 4 years and just brought it into Thomas Kia in Highland for it's 6 month serving. However when I saw the n I have owned my original Soul for only 4 years and just brought it into Thomas Kia in Highland for it's 6 month serving. However when I saw the new 2018 Soul in Wild Orange on the showroom floor I fell half in love with it. After John showed me all it's striking features and benefits, nervous as I was, I knew I wouldn't leave the dealership without it. John walked me though every thing about it taking his time with me and patiently answering all my questions regarding what I needed in a car. In my mind the Kia Soul already rated top of my list of cars, not only for all it's positive reviews but also from my own ownership experience with it. When I bought my first one in 2013 I thought this would be the last car I would ever buy however John and Thomas Kia showed me there is always room for an upgrade. Thank you John and the whole Thomas Kia staff for all your wonderful service and attention. I'm looking forward to many more years of this outstanding relationship. More

After the recent strikes going on in my local Kia dealership (Calumet This location was absolutely the best experience I have had at any dealership!! After the recent strikes going on in my local Kia dealership (Calumet City) I decided to come in to this one in Schererville, and I don't regret it at all!!! They were very helpful and welcoming! KIM was absolutely amazing!! She really help to explain and show me what needed to be done to my car and she was extremely friendly!!! The amount of wait time wasn't bad either and they really took time to check my car completely out unlike the one I bought my car at, I will definitely be coming back to this dealership for my future maintenance work and ditching the one in Calumet City. THANKS TO THE AWESOME STAFF!! More
Rude managers horrible wait time I bought a car from Kia and they tried charging me $3000 more than the sticker price saying they put the wrong sticker on the car. Every time I try to get my free car wash it takes over an hour. They gave me my oil change and forgot to reset something then when I came back they told me it would take five minutes and they were sorry they made a mistake but then after an hour they sent me to another dealership bc they said they didn't know how to fix the issues. When a sales man shook my hand his cigarette smell rubbed off on my hand and after washing my hands twice I still smelled like cigarettes. More
