Deceptive salesperson Jordan Bracken allowed my wife and I to drive over two hours to test drive a car only to be told the car we had scheduled a test drive with was not there. No apology, just a lame attem I to drive over two hours to test drive a car only to be told the car we had scheduled a test drive with was not there. No apology, just a lame attempt to up sell us into something else. He had hours to let us know we wouldn’t be able to see the car and allowed us to make the drive anyway. More

I contacted them to get pricing on 3 vehicles with a plan to buy one of them. Unfortunately, information was never sent. I received a text telling me that the sales manager was the only person that could do to buy one of them. Unfortunately, information was never sent. I received a text telling me that the sales manager was the only person that could do the comparison but was very busy and that the info would be sent by the end of the day. That day ended, as did the next and the next, and no info was sent. I sent a message that they could cancel the inquiry and I bought a new Subaru instead. Not sure how a car dealer can provide service like this and stay open. More
