5/7/19 Travalena - Can’t remember my service mans name. I now live out-of-state and I needed to come back and visit my daughter. Needless to say I had some car issues. Stopped at Thompson and told my custo I now live out-of-state and I needed to come back and visit my daughter. Needless to say I had some car issues. Stopped at Thompson and told my customer service rep. what the problem was. Told me he would try to work my vehicle in on Monday - Tuesday. All I can say is THANK Y0U VERY MUCH!! I use FIXD to Mthly check my car. It told me what was wrong and I showed service. They still charged me for diagnostic testing. This was my only complaint. I am still thankful for great assistance. More

Fast in and out service Trunk pistons gave out making it hard for my wife to open the trunk.I called the parts department,they ordered the parts,they came the next day.I call Trunk pistons gave out making it hard for my wife to open the trunk.I called the parts department,they ordered the parts,they came the next day.I called service, Two days later my car was fixed.I have a chevy and a dodge and Jim is one of the best service people I have ever worked with. Poor service and dishonest They tried to charge me $135 for an oil change, $75 of that was labor. When questioned about it the service representative said "that's what they co They tried to charge me $135 for an oil change, $75 of that was labor. When questioned about it the service representative said "that's what they cost". I had them pull up my service history and the last oil change was around $80. He said that he would "give it to me this time but next time it'll cost $135". I checked the oil the next day and it appeared to be dirty. I immediately went back to the dealership, they said that's how it's supposed to look. I asked for the video of the oil change and all they have is my vehicle up on a lift, nothing more. The service manager said well we have a sticker, and your invoice as proof. Yeah right man, you guys have put the wrong oil in it before(I have that invoice)and were going to let me pay $135 for an oil change this time. You guys are the model of competence and honesty. Every time I go there you guys want to sell me a car though. My wife and I test drove a jeep at Thompson and you wouldn't let me take it out on my own or even put it in reverse. That's why I bought my RAM at another dealership. When my wife wanted to test drive a Challenger you guys told her you were too busy. We ended up going to Pennsylvania for her Challenger and were treated much better. My next vehicle purchase wont be with you guys! More
