Purchased a vehicle there 3 months ago. It broke down 2 weeks ago and they said we would have to bring it back there for the warranty to cover it even though we are from out of state. First they said 1 thing was wrong and when I suggested that may have caused other problems, I was told they know what their doing. So when they took it apart of course there was more wrong with it. Then we were told it would take 3 to 5 days to get the parts and 1 day to fix it. No one ever calls to keep us updated on the situation, so today when we thought we were going to pick it up, I called, only to be told they ordered the wrong part and its not done. I then asked for a rental car and was told someone would call me back. I called 2 more times and was told the same thing. Guess what, they never called back ! More

First off the dealership sent me a generic e-mail without even filling in some of the info (name, vehicle of interest). Then, once I requested a quote, they sent me a price, but when I called, they told me even filling in some of the info (name, vehicle of interest).
