Many of the vehicles that we send to Thompson's are prepped for shipping to our military personnel overseas. If I could give 0 stars I would. The same issue I took my car in for is still happening. My vehicle has had 2 of the same issues and they keep putting a bandage on the problem instead of fixing it. My service advisor failed to communicate with me about what was going on with my Jeep. I called him more than he called me. My check engine light came back on the next day. Joe reached out to me and h what was going on with my Jeep. I called him more than he called me. My check engine light came back on the next day.
