WORST EXPERIENCE EVER Dropped my car off for a dent in the door. I was never notified of any delays they ran into. I had to continuously call them. Then it came out with to Dropped my car off for a dent in the door. I was never notified of any delays they ran into. I had to continuously call them. Then it came out with totally different issues than it went in with. I had to take my car to the dealership where I bought it because the manager where I originally went didn’t want to have any of these new issues resolved. They are the worst body shop ever!!!! Never again!!!!!!! More

Awesome customer service I went to Thompson after seeing a Chrysler Pacifica that I really liked. I called beforehand to make sure they had it, and spoke with Rich Steelman. I I went to Thompson after seeing a Chrysler Pacifica that I really liked. I called beforehand to make sure they had it, and spoke with Rich Steelman. I went in 2 days later to the vans being pulled curbside for me, so that I could easily view them with my little kids (ages 4 and 2) in toe. He was quick to answer questions and let me drive it with no questions asked. Unfortunately, that day, we couldn’t make a price work for us so we left. 2 days later, we got an email from Rich with a new price for one of the two vans we looked at. It was close to where we needed to be, and after only a few back and forth negotiating emails, we made an appt to come talk further and hopefully purchase the van. When we came in that Saturday, the van was waiting for us! We got an additional test drive and within AN HOUR AND A HALF from walking in, we walked back out with keys in hand. Their customer service and ability to multitask was unlike any other dealer we’ve ever been to. They made us feel valued and that our time was important. They didn’t look at us funny because we had our kids tagging along (after all they were SUPERA EXCITED too!). They had all of the paperwork in order so all I had to do was sign. I have NEVER been to a dealer who was so prepared and didn’t give me a lot of “fluff”. Rich was down to earth and gave it to me straight, which I truly appreciated. He looked into other discount programs and found us additional discounts. We have found our dealership, even living over an hour away, and will be back each time we need a new vehicle. They can be trusted and I truly appreciate what they did for us!! More
