Absolutely horrible I called on Monday, they said I couldn’t come that day because they were too busy, said tomorrow,Tuesday, would be better. I left work early drove an I called on Monday, they said I couldn’t come that day because they were too busy, said tomorrow,Tuesday, would be better. I left work early drove an hour for them to send me away saying they had to order a tire. Davon told me he would call me no later than 1030 the next day letting me know the tire would be there. I didn’t get a phone call until 230pm making me miss work all together. Not only had I called the service center twice with NO answer, when I get there I receive NO apology for my inconvenience! The cashier that was sitting directly across from me said NOTHING to me the entire time I was there! But made sure to complain to another associate about the “angry customers”! I am VERY disappointed with the service I got from this location! Between the initial phone call with Jefferson telling me to come in, but to NOT order the tire I need. To Davon telling me he’s going to call me in the morning no later than 1030, I am extremely upset with my visit! More
