Mixed Feelings I was impressed that some customers were addressed by name and seemed to be familiar with the staff. I was not called my name. Usually when I take I was impressed that some customers were addressed by name and seemed to be familiar with the staff. I was not called my name. Usually when I take my girl to her regular dealership. They do an inspection, the oil change and a tire rotation and present me with paperwork showing their findings etc. All I received from here was paperwork saying that the oil change was done. I don't know if they did an inspection or rotated the tires (which is what my service plan pays for). The first thing the service guy tried to do was get me to pay for my brake fluid to be changed, he didn't even ask if it had ever been done. Even at the end of service he kept trying to push this $149.95 brake fluid change. I didn't appreciate that at all. More
