Oil Change I usually have the oil changed at this location because of the express lube in under an hour. 2 hours and 15 minutes later they were finally done even I usually have the oil changed at this location because of the express lube in under an hour. 2 hours and 15 minutes later they were finally done even though the service rep said it would be an hour. When I asked the service rep why it took so long he said “we are running behind today”. Then I get in my car to still have the floor mat and hang tag in the car and the driver’s seat was reclined all the way back. More
