pOOR cUSTOMER sERVICE I brought my car into Thompson Dodge for a water issue. The trunk was filling up with water. They determined it was the trunk gasket which was covered I brought my car into Thompson Dodge for a water issue. The trunk was filling up with water. They determined it was the trunk gasket which was covered under warranty. It took them a week to get it fixed, partially due to it being a holiday weekend, but refused to give me a loaner car saying the car was drivable and that they would cover the back in plastic. My view is that I paid too much money for a 2017 charger to be driving around in the rain with plastic covering the car and they were inconveniencing me far too much for warranty work. They thought i should make 4 trips to the dealership for this. I have bought many cars and have never been refused a loaner car when warranty work was needed. i will never go back here for any reason. More
