Terrible customer service why. Well it took 3 weeks to find a truck to rent while my truck was being worked on. My truck was to only take 4 days to complete. On the fourth day why. Well it took 3 weeks to find a truck to rent while my truck was being worked on. My truck was to only take 4 days to complete. On the fourth day they call me to tell me that the parts won’t be in until Friday the 5th day. Then proceeded to tell me that the mechanic that is working on my truck is going on vacation for 2 weeks. Then asked me if I would want to come and pick my truck up after 5 days of them doing nothing to my truck. Then asked if I could bring it back in 2 weeks. I told them NO. So they kept my truck for 2 more weeks mine you this job was only to take 4 days. So after another week past I called Jeff to find out about my truck had to leave message no return call. So now we move to like the 19th day Friday call again no response leave message for Jeff again no response terrible customer service. You have my truck for 19 days for a 4 day job and no update on my truck. So I get a call on Monday 22 days later that my truck is done. I get no apology why he didn’t return my calls and why my truck took so long. That is my story about my terrible customer service at Thompson Dodge in Dundalk. Let’s see if I get a return on this. I don’t like being asked about other pricey services I didn’t come in for. On the other hand, I been in for several oil changes and tire concerns, my windshield wiper fluid is out and no one suggests or even asked to refill or top it off with fluid. In conclusion I generally don’t respond to surveys because they tend to be superficial with what they expect. I was compelled this time since I have been in for service frequently for the last few months. Therefore, all is well and the same. I made some corrections to my fast typing. I gave Devon the 5 Stars because he went out his way to put oil in my car because it was cutting off and I needed to return because the dealership was closing when I came in to have my oil changed. More
