Disappointing This service department is very frustrating to work with. It took 3 separate visits to get a tire replaced. They struggle with communicating how they work & the process they follow even when the customer clearly states what work is needed. The only reason we are using this department is because our tire/road hazard package was purchased with this dealership when we purchased our vehicle. More
