This was definitely a great car buying experience. The car that we loved and intended to have for a very long time was totaled. We were definitely NOT looking forward to doing car shopping because it is u car that we loved and intended to have for a very long time was totaled. We were definitely NOT looking forward to doing car shopping because it is usually not a good experience. But working with Jace Brinkley and the Finance Department was not a hassle at all. We had a pleasant experience test driving the car. We did not have the insurance money yet and Jace held the car for us almost a week. We were truly blessed with how much we actually paid, under listed price, for the car. We would highly recommend Thompson Sales Company and Jace Brinkley. He was friendly and extremely easy to work with. Very pleasant and accommodating. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! More

Easy Peasy! These guys are the greatest! After finding the Buick I wanted three hours from my home, I initiated an online conversation with Vince in sales at Tho These guys are the greatest! After finding the Buick I wanted three hours from my home, I initiated an online conversation with Vince in sales at Thompson. By that afternoon, the business manager, Adam, contacted me. He asked me a few questions. From there, every piece of the transaction was done seamlessly online including my trade in appraisal. I submitted finance paperwork online as well. Through several texts and maybe three phone calls, everything was done as we discussed and when I arrived they (and my new vehicle) were ready and waiting for me. There were NO surprises. It was a pleasant, no haggle, no pressure process from beginning to end. I would absolutely drive there and do it all over again. Thank you Thompson!!! More

Although the used car we chose was one of the least expensive offered, we were treated as if it were a new one.
