Very easy going and low pressure buying experience. Richard did not use any of the typical used car salesman pressure that most other dealers do. The price for the car was fair. I also appreciated how the finance manager was not overly pushy when it came to the extras they try to sell such as the 3M coating, theftguard, etc. He gave me his opinion but did not argue when I said no. Lastly, when I pulled into the dealership I was not attacked by a group of vultures like most other dealerships. I started looking at the car and was not approached until I looked at several vehicles. Richard was very patient with me and showed me several cars to help me with my decision. He was not pushy at all and seemed to understand exactly what I was looking for. Rather than pushing a more expensive vehicle he went with what I wanted (although my wife chose the more expensive vehicle on her own). More
