I waited in a quiet lounge were I was able to work comfortably during my w I brought in my Highlander for 5,000 miles service. Everyone was very nice. If it is not a safety issue the service specialist has provide less expensive options or recommends thinking it over and planning the repairs during the next scheduled service visit.
