Awful salesman I have done business at this dealership for many many years and have never had a worse experience with Domenick Criscolo. When we first started the process at looking at the cars he pretended he didn't see us and tried to avoid us. He was so lazy to fill out the form to test drive thew car alone, so he sent another employee with us, he didn't even give us that option. When we went in for paper work he was rude and was rushing so fast that he kept messing up my information. I would just like everyone to know if you have the opportunity to go with another car salesman I recommend you do so. Car salesman are supposed to make the process easier and less stressful, he did quite the opposite. More

I would give them a 0 if it was an option. Roughly 2 weeks spent going back and forth trying to purchase a vehicle and at no point did the sales person answer the specific question I ask regarding costs weeks spent going back and forth trying to purchase a vehicle and at no point did the sales person answer the specific question I ask regarding costs of warranties.
