Great experience purchasing our new vehicle. We saw it online at a great price and worked out most of the details over the phone as we were traveling over 500 miles to finalize the purchase. Nicole Barkus was my sales rep and she was great to work with. She made the sales process great, and did a wonderful job showing me all the features of my new car, and kept my wife and I laughing until we drove away. Mike in the finance department found a few ways to save me money on my payment, that was something that I would have never known I qualified for, and that just topped it off. Ron Copelin is highly professional. At no point did I feel I was being pressured to make a quick decision. Yes these guys actually do it at 1000 mile unlike the other Toyota dealer in Lansdale/Montgomeryville that I won't mention the name.
