Just a Number Sub average customer service. Felt like just a number. Incredibly hard to talk to someone as you are prompted to leave a message and be contacted with Sub average customer service. Felt like just a number. Incredibly hard to talk to someone as you are prompted to leave a message and be contacted within a half hour. Vehicle sat all day only to be serviced when I called to get an update. Called to tell me my vehicle was done but had no idea whether the service that was done to the vehicle worked. After leaving it was clear the service didn’t work so returned the car yet again to get serviced. Eventually called back the next day not really being helpful in rectifying the situation. Kind of got the impression that “we are wiping our hands of your service.” Went to pick up the car and the lady says, “looks like the update didn’t take so no charge.” Didn’t take!!!! Then what did I pay for the night before!!! Once again the sales guy seemed to be “wiping his hands of us.” More

Really long wait Service is usually fairly quick but this last time it took almost 3 hours! Got there at 9:45.
