Pleased with our new Rav4 We recently bought a Toyota Rav4 hybrid from Thompson Toyota in Doylestown and are very happy with both the car and the dealership. We had narrowed ou We recently bought a Toyota Rav4 hybrid from Thompson Toyota in Doylestown and are very happy with both the car and the dealership. We had narrowed our choice down to two different car companies’ SUVs, we went with the Rav4 because it had a hybrid model which was both good for the environment and gave the vehicle more power when needed without guzzling a lot of gas like a V-6 or V-8 would have. Julian Mitchell was our salesman; he answered all of our questions, understood what we wanted and was able to find the model Rav4 hybrid with the options and the color that we wanted. Julian told us about various protection plans and extended warrantees that were available but there was no pressure to buy any of them. We are pleased with our new car and with Thompson Toyota. More

driver window wasn't working on my way home from work on my way home from work ,my driver window wasn't working . called Thompson ,told me to bring it in and they would get my a loaner car .got there ever on my way home from work ,my driver window wasn't working . called Thompson ,told me to bring it in and they would get my a loaner car .got there everyone was so pleasant and friendly considering it was around 6:30 in the evening . Chris C. was my person of contact . explained everything to me and would call me the next day when it was ready . not only was it ready but they even wash and vacuum my call and also checked the fluids .who does that .I've been to quite of few service centers in my time and this was the best . And they even text me the next day to make sure everything was alright. Great job! well done..maybe other service centers should treat their customers the same way . More
