Service for a recall I took my FIL’s car in to get a recall serviced. They have valet service, snacks, a clean comfortable waiting area and friendly staff. Part not in stock I brought the vehicle in due to a nail on a tire. We had purchased the tire protection plan when we purchased the vehicle. I was told it would take about an hour and a half. That was a correct estimate, except after waiting for 90 minutes I was told the tire was not in stock and I would have to leave the car or bring it back another day. It seems you could have figured out youndidnt have the tire in stock before I even drive to your shop, nonetheless waited half an hour. I live 45 minutes away, so that pretty much blew my while afternoon and then we had to go back the next day anyhow. More

Replace tire right rear Excellent service at Thompson but getting outside response/approval for replacing the tire so soon after replacing my left rear tire (10 days prior) t Excellent service at Thompson but getting outside response/approval for replacing the tire so soon after replacing my left rear tire (10 days prior) took far too long. I went in at 8:15am and didn’t leave until 11:30. Jim, my service rep, did his best to prod them along and keep me informed. The cookie lady does an amazing job baking!! Great idea!! More
