30,000 mile check up I was told the service would be approx 1 1/2 hours including the car wash. I was paid and out in 45 minutes. over Sold parts and dealers mistake cost me two days time I went to Thompson Toyota to have a drivers side mirror replaced. The housing and mechanicals were fine. Just needed replacement mirror was sold th I went to Thompson Toyota to have a drivers side mirror replaced. The housing and mechanicals were fine. Just needed replacement mirror was sold the entire unit. Being desperate to have it repaired I agreed. Was told the housing needed to be ordered and then painted. The parts manager asked if it was one color or two. I responded I didn’t know. He went to check on my car. Two days later I returned it was finished but they painted the black part also. Then the service writer called me and stated they would use my old part and take $50 off. I asked to have the service manager call me. He called, took the $50off the table and told me if I didn’t like it I could get my money back and take my old parts. This service manager was hostile and ignorant. I advised him I would never have service performed there again. Thompson’s lose, I was looking for a new Tacoma or 4Runner while I was waiting for my car. I’ll take my business where it is appreciated. I will retell my experience to anyone I know who needs service or I’d buying a vehicle and on social media and within organizations that I belong. I was never treated so rudely at any dealership. More

Worst Customer Service Ever Brought my car in for an oil change and was insisted on getting a tire rotation as well against my better judgement. Just because I was a female the man at the desk thought I was a moron and didn’t know what I was talking about. Furthermore, I never got a call letting me know my car was finished which was 6 hours later. I picked up my car after they closed and come to find out my fuel gage is now broken, my radio and my lights stay on after shutting the car off and opening the door and my car was not washed or vacuumed like I was told it was going to be.
