Friendly, good service :) Friendly and super helpful, as always. I had to drop my car off for an oil change and some minor body repair work. They rented me a practically brand new loaner car for the day (for free, other than the optional $15/day insurance fee that i chose). Long story short, they discovered a minor unrelated problem i hadn't and needed to order a part to fix it. They had to keep my car a little longer than planned to do it also, and i knowingly consented and didn't complain at all. But they still kept me updated on the situation by phone and didn't even charge me for the insurance on last day i had the loaned car (probably because i only had it half of the day). I would definitely come again and recommend them to friends! More

Appointment made day I requested. I called on Wednesday and really hoped for an a appointment that same day. While they have a responsibility to bring deficiencies or service recommendations to our attention I have not been intimidated into making these repairs on the spot. If it is not a safety issue the service specialist has provide less expensive options or recommends thinking it over and planning the repairs during the next scheduled service visit. This not only provides time to budget the money but to also consider purchasing another vehicle new or used. More
