The location of Thompson's is really nice and I didn't feel pressured into anything, which I appreciate. The only thing I would caution is the cars you see online may not be what you find on the lot. The car I purchased still shows on the Golden 1 site as does the car I originally wanted. I checked Thompson's site and they removed both cars. I would check their site to be sure it's still there and call to make an appointment to test drive it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone and when I am in the market for a truck, I will be back! More

Oil change I went in for a scheduled oil change. After the oil change was done, I was approached by a service tech who stated that my matrix had oil seepage and I went in for a scheduled oil change. After the oil change was done, I was approached by a service tech who stated that my matrix had oil seepage and that I would need to replace the oil pan gasket at a cost of $430.00. I was also told that the gasket could fail at anytime and that I should have this repair done soon. I had my car looked at by another garage and it turns out that my car did not have an oil leak. I will never return to Thompson's toyota for service or another car purchase! More

Through inquiry, I was told the vehicle advertised was sold before it was even built, and I was subsequently probed for interest in different trims. Later, I was notified by the internet sales dept. that they would be receiving an additional vehicle allocation, and that the vehicle would be sold at $47,300. The cars.com listing is still up advertising the lower price to bait the customer, but never intends to sell at this lower price for TRD PRO 4Runner trim; this is a bait and switch practice, illegal, and a scam. Remove the listing. More

I walked back up to the salesman who went on a test drive with me and told him I want to buy the 2015 tacoma! He was friendly and quick. I enjoyed my visit and no pressure buying experience.
