Bought a used truck Friday 5/14. It went back to the dealership Saturday 5/15 on a rollback as it wouldn’t start and once I did get it started, had an engine light on. It’s been in the shop 4 days now and I’ve had one update without calling myself and asking for one. Also did not have a valid inspection sticker. However, my salesman Eric was great and has worked with me to get me in a loaner ASAP and touched base with me every day. More

Great Buying Experience We went to Thornhill Ford during a rain storm. One of the salesmen came to meet us at our vehicle with an umbrella. Wow! That's never happened before.
