Kathy Smith and Pamela Thompson are always quick to respond to any problem you might have with your vehicle. If there is a need to leave your vehicle they are happy to provide you with a courtesy loaner. The service mechanics are also very helpful in resolving any problems you might have.
Pamela is always smiling and friendly. She explains clearly what the vehicle issues are and what options are and what the cost would be. Coming to Nissan for service is always a pleasant experience.
This service department is by far one of the best. I was greeted quickly and my service was completed quickly. Someone came to the waiting room to confirm needed service. I also had an unusual problem and they brought a couple of people over to look at it. They do not stop until they know you are satisfied. Kathy is very friendly and helpful. I also notice the price is comparable to other service providers. Most dealerships have inflated service prices, but not here. I feel I get good service at a fair price.
