My experience was outstanding. I came to the thoronton rd location first and met Sam who was very helpful. I wanted to look at the same car in some other colors so i went to two other hyundai dealers in my a location first and met Sam who was very helpful. I wanted to look at the same car in some other colors so i went to two other hyundai dealers in my area. After meeting with other sales people I found Sam to be the best. While i could have purchased my car at any of the dealers I went to i wanted to buy from the thorornton Rd location because of Sam. He made the difference my brother and i agreed that we would go back to hyundai @ thorornton rd just to do business with Sam. We like him a lot he is very personable, a real person that we build a rapport with. He made the difference in Where we purchased my car. Because we were in a hurry to buy there was a bit of confusion.It took two days for the car to get to us, didn't fully understand the required maintanence schedule, didn't get a remote for the car initially. Eventually it was all resolved, and we were treated well. Got a CPO and still had it checked by our mechanic and we found out that they hadn't flushed the transmission, which wasn't a big deal- they did it when we asked them to. Oh, also the CPO purchase does not include mats, so you may want to negotiate that. Overall decent experience. More
