"Excellent Customer Service" that's funny. You provided me with your phone number; we have that number already my wife has called it several times it rings and rings sometimes it will go back to the operator or it just stops we also have M's R Williams number ext.1034 same thing. The work being done is a blown engine on a 2013 Sonata RECALL WORK. Today is Oct 26 it's been three weeks since my wife came to your shop and spoke to the service manager. My wife and I will be coming to the shop again next week to speak to whoever we can (unless we hear from somebody). Phone calls ,emails and text are useless. Gary-Sheila Unhappy Customers

I bought my Genesis from Thorton Road Hyundai. This has been the only place that has ever serviced my car for the last 5 to 6 years until March 31st 2022 when Ed Voyle Hyundai took care of my recall issue plus another issue. Extremely disappointed with Thorton Road Hyundai.
