Called and scheduled service 2 weeks in advance. Made sure they would be able to finish the work same day since the following day was a holiday weekend and they woukd be closed. They offered no compensation for the inconvenience and weee entirely unapologetic. The technician, Isaac, didn't seem to care about the issue at all. When I asked how they play to make it right I was told "My manager isn't here right now." And he left it at that. It wasn't until I expressed my extreme displeasure for their over promising and under delivering that they pushed the service department to get the work done in time. A simple, "I don't know that we can get it done on time, but let me see what we can do to take care of you" would have alleviated the entire situation and made a good situation out of a poor service issue. They did not pull my credit till I got ready to purchase the vehicle. It was short and sweet. Didn’t take all day to sign off on. Also the sales manager was really awesome and helpful also. However, after the sale, I ran into a major issue: the key I received wasn’t the original key tied to the car, and it limited some features of the vehicle (speed limiter, volume limiter, and phone controls). When I asked a salesman for help, he belittled me, used extreme profanity, and gave me zero confidence in the reliability of the purchase. He then hung up on me after saying he could not make decisions about a previous transaction, while also claiming he makes most of the decisions about truck prices on the lot. Because of this experience, I will not be buying another vehicle from this dealership, and I do not recommend it to others. More
