Roberto handled all the misc stuff, absolutely great guy, and just about out the door. The paperwork guy tried to sell me a bunch of stuff and I told him to press on. He made the car buying process not enjoyable and even my wife made a comment on his pushy attitude. If it wasn't for the paperwork guys cocky and pushy attitude I would of gave 5 stars. More
