I had an excellent experience in setting up a new lease and turning my current lease in. Eric Encinas, the internet sales mgr. understood my needs and we completed most of the paperwork before I arrived at and turning my current lease in. I appreciated the fact the Eric recognized my level of knowledge and handled the deal to my satisfaction. We were only at the dealership about an hour as I was able to model the deal on their website. We were introduced to the Service Mgr. and service team and I am confident they will meet our service needs.
