Make sure it won't happen in the future? Why not fix my issue and buy the car back from the bank!!! All these events were brought to you attention since they started which staring with 6/22/2021 the day after the contract was signed! You sent the car home with an employee without advising me not asking me and thr motor blew when you have the car back! Im so glad you are now being exposed on how you do business. You should have done the right thing and canceled the deal as we asked the day after the contact was signed because the immediate mechanical issues but no you guys refused and kept telling us to bring the car back to you until you got tired and sent the car home with your employee just to give it back and the motor blew!
