We worked with Brian Lamb sales and Andy Ross in the finance office. We were "sort of" looking into replacing our 2025 Hyundai Tuscon with 7,800 miles on it. We had a Hyundai Santa Fe that we loved an finance office. We were "sort of" looking into replacing our 2025 Hyundai Tuscon with 7,800 miles on it. We had a Hyundai Santa Fe that we loved and gave to our daughter. We just weren't happy with the redesigned Tuscon, mainly the screens infotainment system. Brian didn't have a 2026 RAV4 Hybrid on the lot, test drove the PHEV. We really liked the infortainment system, much easier to understand and use. We liked the same safety features and built in dash cam. Brian was able to secure our RAV4 XLE Premium and we had it within 30 days with the color and features we wanted. It accidentally came with a roof rack we thought we didn't want....I love it. Brian kept us informed via text where the train was that had our car on it several times. This kept the excitement going. Brian never go frustrated at the frequent texts and questions we had. The car was delivered as promised at the price we agreed to and a few days earlier than we thought it would come in. On pick up day, the car was out front, clean and shiny with a bow on it. I have never had this experience before as an older seasoned buyer, I was surprised at how much it put a smile on my face. The actual finance office was easy, in and out within 30 minutes. Andy Ross explained all of our options, extended warranties etc. We never felt pressured to buy. We did buy the prepaid maintenance as with our handy calculator, the prepaid came to about what you would pay for time of service costs. This will make sure that we take our car in for service, knowing it is already covered. This is a dealership that I would recommend and this is our first Toyota since 2019 and TO Toyota was great to work with. We have had great service from Ventura Toyota in the past, but Brian's experience made the difference between our local dealership and Thousand Oaks. Thank you. More
