Service Manager, Bri Wall, is total pro. And then, the service rep tried to pull one over on me. I asked to speak to the manager. She allowed me to tell the whole story and the series of events that led me to the straw that broke the camel's back. She hear me, agreed with me and took over my case and got my car serviced. She went further than I expected and took care of the charges based on my poor experience. Thanks to her and my cool and fair sales person Claudio , I will continue to do business with them and plan to roll my current Prius into a new Prius next year. The service department of Thousand Oaks Toyota is unequaled by any other dealership. The waiting room is huge, and comfortable with a mix of couches, work stations, high tables, and stools. The facility is impeccably kept. Clean is an understatement. My service technician Raul Avalos was knowledgable, and professional. HE met me in the driveway and walked me through the entire service procedure since it was my first time visiting. They even sent me a video of my vehicle and what was done.
