A simple hose replacement cost me over $1,000. 00! Will never go back! They even lied about hours of service as said open until 4:00 pm on a Saturday and was towed there because of that!! Closed 00! Closed at 2:00 pm and gentleman at desk said probably a hose and a little over $125.00. Then this same man got defensive and said he could put the hose in my back seat when I questioned why so much. Criminal what they charged!! Probably because I’m a woman and towed in!!! More
The experience of getting the vehicle was amazing but it goes downhill once I get to the finance office. The odometer statement that was presented to me had the incorrect mileage and I was told that they ha goes downhill once I get to the finance office. Also, a fee had to be deducted but instead of getting the fee returned to me they just put it back on the price of the vehicle. There were scratches on the vehicle before I took delivery of it and the dealership made it seem like they did me a favor by buffing them out when I made them aware of the scratches. Finally when I pointed out an issue with discoloration on the casing inside the vehicle 3 days after purchasing the vehicle the wonderful trio of Taylor, Frank and Denny came up with the great idea of wiping it down instead of trying to get it replaced through warranty. I took it to another dealership on 8/13 and I’m happy to say they were able to replace the part the very next day. More
We just bought a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee, our salesmen was Jim he was the best did most everything over the phone an he understands that time is money. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Jim in the past 2 years. With covid an the issue with vehicles we also were able to get out of our used Jeep Cherokee and got back what we paid for it just 1.5 year previous. Do to a better credit score we were also able to go from a 15.9 % apr down to a 4.23% an that was all Jim working the best deal possible for us. I'm reading all the these responses on here an I'm highly surprised that this dealership had the rating it does, I'll also say Mike in the service department has always been professional an done everything they can to help us with the maintenance of our vehicles to include working on 2 different vehicles that were not purchased from them. Upon my arrival, I find out it was not and they only brought me in to try to sell me anything they had. Also, it is still listed as available on their site and they are still telling others it is when you call. You will only be a number to these people who are just trying to make a dollar off of anyone who walks in their door. They don’t truly care about you, and that is VERY poor customer service. I have never been more disappointed in a car dealership. You should be ashamed of yourselves. NEVER SUPPORT THIS DEALERSHIP! More

TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT: I took my Jeep in for inspection and alerted the service manager to an issue with the fog light switch. They say they checked it, and passed it for inspection. The next da inspection and alerted the service manager to an issue with the fog light switch. They say they checked it, and passed it for inspection. The next day my battery was dead. The garage I took it to said the multifunction switch was broken and had to be replaced. My vehicle should not have passed inspection. I do not recommend Three Rivers Jeep. More
